Yet another successful year for Toni's Pizzeria in Giffnock as they won the accolade of Best Pizzeria in Scotland. The Pizzeria really is going from strength to strength and I know that my team thoroughly enjoyed the pizza from Toni's at the count in May. I have submitted the below noted motion to officially congratulate Toni and his team.

That the Parliament congratulates everyone at Toni's Pizzeria, which is in Giffnock, on it winning the Best Pizzeria title at the Scottish Italian Awards 2016; welcomes the success of this Eastwood constituency-based business, which it believes brings much to the Giffnock community; notes that this follows on from its Best Marketing Team title at the 2015 awards and Best Newcomer prize at the 2014 awards, at which it was also named a joint runner-up in the Best Pizza category; acknowledges Toni's sponsorship of sporting events and individuals, including the professional boxer, Joe Ham, and wishes the business every success as it aims to go from strength to strength.
