Jackson Carlaw MSP has held another surgery tour across Eastwood to deal with constituent enquiries as The Scottish Parliament summer recess begins.
The tour took in surgeries in Clarkston, Giffnock, Newton Mearns and Thornliebank.
The Eastwood MSP has dealt with hundreds of constituent casework enquiries following his election in May 2016.
Residents have contacted Mr Carlaw about a wide variety of issues affecting their lives, including concerns about care in the NHS to school placements alongside those who want to raise their views on proposals before The Scottish Parliament.
Commenting Eastwood MSP, Jackson Carlaw said:
"Many constituents find themselves, at no fault of their own, in difficult circumstances where my team and I are asked to step in to see if we can help.
"It is amazing to sometimes see the totally different response that we get when organisations are contacted by an elected politician instead of the individual themselves.
"Until many organisations improve their customer care, I shall always be busy with constituency casework and welcome hearing from constituents via email at [email protected]."
